About the Poplar Hill Association

Serving approximately 122 households since the 1956, the Poplar Hill Association is represented by a Board of Directors and Officers by way of annual elections held every year at the annual meeting. If you wish to get involved, please contact any Board member. The Board works aggressively on issues affecting our neighborhood, including but not limited to zoning and development matters, traffic, road and safety concerns, we disseminate information about City services or utility issues. Additionally, the Board is represented at bi-monthly meetings of the Baltimore City Police Department’s Northern District Community Council. Annual dues are $40.00. We encourage you to join.
